Home is not the prettiest of homes but the price is one of the best you will find in the city for this many bedrooms and bathrooms. I am looking for someone who is understanding who doesn't mind a home with some major quirks that needs some TLC in exchange for cheaper rent. One of the cheapest and cozy 4 bedrooms in the entire city of Jacksonville. Home presents good value and won't last long. Bad credit okay... Must not have any violent felony convictions. The pictures up are very old and home does not looks as good now. The pictures are there to show you that it does have some potential. I have lowered the rent to account for the current condition of the home.
