    Trying to pass on a deal to a lucky person by posting my home here for a great deal before I list it with my realtor. I have owned the home for over 10 years and it has been GREAT!! It is a story and a half house. It has 3 bedrooms, two large bedrooms upstairs and a smaller bedroom on the main level. It has a half bath on the second level, a full bath with jetted tub on the main level, and a bath with a shower in the basement. (All redone within the last few years) The basement is finished nicely with a wet bar, lounge area, and kids play area. Also a work bench storeroom, along with a nice sized laundry room. The main level has an open concept with the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has stainless appliances that can stay with the house (fridge, stove, microwave range top, and dishwasher) there is a large island that allows for stools to sit around to eat or work at. The whole main level is Pergo laminate wood floors, great low maintenance and VERY durable. The bedrooms are all newer carpet. The house really grabs you on the outside. It has a large deck that is great in the summer that you access through a sliding door in the dining room. The steps of the deck go down to a paving stone patio. The back yard is LARGE with mature trees and nice landscaped planting beds. It also has a 6 foot privacy fence around the whole backyard (Great for kids and dogs) It has an oversized two stall garage that is double deep on one side so great extra storage of a whole extra garage stall. Nice curb appeal with 2 mature maple trees in the front yard along with nice planting beds. Besides the cosmetic and finish updates the house has a new roof in 2008, new heat pump and AC in 2010. House can be available for quick possession. The location of this house is hard to beat. Within minutes of everything, but a nice quiet, well established neighborhood. We are asking 149,700. This is a VERY aggressive price and well below what we were told to list it for by a realtor. Square footage is hard to get exactly. It is approx. 800 on each the main floor and basement and the second floor is around 500. So 2100 would be my guess. I have a lot more pictures.
