Trying to pass on a deal to a lucky person by posting my home here for a great deal before I list it with my realtor. I have owned the home for over 10 years and it has been GREAT!! Nice curb appeal with 2 mature maple trees in the front yard along with nice planting beds. Besides the cosmetic and finish updates the house has a new roof in 2008, new heat pump and AC in 2010. House can be available for quick possession. The location of this house is hard to beat. Within minutes of everything, but a nice quiet, well established neighborhood. We are asking 149,700. This is a VERY aggressive price and well below what we were told to list it for by a realtor. Square footage is hard to get exactly. It is approx. 800 on each the main floor and basement and the second floor is around 500. So 2100 would be my guess. I have a lot more pictures.
