Waterfront oriented community at the very end of Calvert County in Southern Maryland. Small commiunity with lots of activities always going on. Festivals and parades year round, though mostly in the spring and summer. Water on every side. Several marinas within walking distance (one to two blocks). Numerous fine dining resturants also within walking distance(one to six blocks). Calvert Marine musuem two blocks away. They have great exhibits and put on some of the best summertime concerts(Martina Macbride, Bill Cosby, Big and Rich, Bob Dylan, Beach Boys, Tracy Atkins) to name some of the most recent. Small town living yet close to everything.
