This studio is new and modern and best of all it is nestled on a quiet cul de sac on beautiful Santa Rosa Island across street from the Gulf. Walking distance from Pier, restaurants and beach bars. No smoking. No pets. Cleaning fee $150. Security deposit $750. ( refundable if no damage occurs) Guests for longer than two week will be considered co tenants and lease will be broken and must be renegotiated. If mandatory evacuation ordered due to hurricane then renter must take belongings, leave property immediately and secure own accommodations off island. Daily (1/30 of mo rent) prepaid rent will be refunded for this time. In case of damage and studio is not habitable then lease is null and void and deposit and any remaining prepaid rent will be refunded. No loud parties. Keep volume lower between 10 pm and 7 am Use designated parking only. Do not put food, grease or oil down sinks. Flush only toilet paper.
