The house is close to I-30 so it is 10 minutes to downtown/Uptown and 15 minutes to Lower Greenville and Knox Henderson. Beautiful wooded neighborhood with walking trails right in the middle of the city. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You would have a large private bedroom (unfurnished) and private bathroom. House has a huge backyard with fire pit. Spacious garage with storage. There is also a guest bedroom with office space you can utilize. Month/month but looking for longer term roommate.
