The outside area could easily house a grill, table and patio chairs for extra space. No shared walls. Privacy. There is a patch of grass for a pet. Animals under 30lbs will be considered. The patio is large and you could roll a motorcycle or bike into your place right off the alley. Must have credit above 675 and earn an income of 3450.
