I have 1 room to rent to a female in 2 bedroom 1/5 bathroom apt/condo . It's a quiet area with plenty of street parking. If not, there is public transportation as well. The room is not furnished but it has a big spacious closet you will have bathroom with your on sink( with storage) and toilet inside of the room. wifi, water, gas are included in rent . The condo has a pool and laundry room. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay at least six Months or we can do month to month. Drama free/friendly/clean Some around there 20's to late 30's. There is multiple groceries stores walking distance Ralphs, smart final, Whole Foods etc. Near America If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.
