The 3rd bedroom serves as a spare room/office that you would have access to on your end of the home. My bedroom is on the opposite end of the home from yours. Private bathroom and access to the large fenced in yard. Very peaceful, accepting, good vibes here. Fully furnished and will have updated photos shortly. Dog friendly with an acre of land fenced in. Asking $1000 per month for everything including rent, utilities, electric, WiFi, and lawn care. 12 month lease. Parking in the gravel driveway. Pets allowed with a $200 pet deposit per pet. No smoking allowed inside of the home. Rent is to be paid at the first of the month each month. If rent is more than 7 days late, a late fee of $50 will be charged. All home maintenance is the homeowners responsibility and lawn care will be provided.
