Amazing location in Meadowbrook Village - truly the best unit in my opinion and I'm not just saying that to get your attention - nothing across from you, very quiet and safe - you have privacy because it's a corner unit. Huge master bedroom with massive closet and connected full bathroom. Awesome living room with huge doors that help with a lot of light and also moving things in and out. NO SHARED ENTRANCE - you have your own front door. 2nd bedroom with built-in shelving and nice closet. 2nd full bath. laundry room with washer and dryer stack. Walk across the street to Whole foods, the mall, or even walk to the Big House, which I often do. Tons of parks nearby for great walking. Literally 2 mins to get to on/off I-94 but I promise you do not hear the highway from this unit. I'm moving to Florida and looking for someone to take over my lease. It's $1,189 per month and you pay utilities separately. Water is usually $20 and Electric/Gas is around $60 per month. The lease would start Nov. 1 and is signed until July 19th. You will have the option to renew before then if you choose. You will need to register through Meadowbrook Village as the new tenant, requiring a deposit and small signing fee I believe.
