This is a charming basement apartment with its own parking space in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Frederick. The lease duration will be set to renew every six months and I need two month's notice if the tenant decides they want to leave the apartment at the end of their 6 month stay. If the tenant decides they might want a pet, this is something that I will most certainly consider. I truly want my tenant to be happy with the situation since the basement is part of my home. All utilities are included. There is no smoking or vaping allowed indoors.
