Looking to fill a room in a house, move in date May 1 4 Beds, 3.5 Bath - House 160 sqft room in Silverlake home, great area near lots of trendy restaurants, almost halfway between Echo Park lake and Silverlake Reservoir Room is $1300 plus utilities (~$150-200) Security deposit $1300 Washer/dryer included (dryer currently not working great though) Share restroom with one other roommate Street parking but typically no issues finding parking close by Respectful roommates. Two roommates that live in the main area where you would be, another room is on the bottom floor (basement) that is almost a separate unit. Also one cat Good neighborhood, great price for the area. It's a year lease and then month to month after that.
