This house is very comfortable to live in. There is a big back yard and a huge basement. The published monthly rental price includes a discount of $200.00 for those who pay the rent before the first of the month and do not have any animals on the property. This is also a no smoking property with no smoking inside the structure including the basement. We highly recommend tenants get their own renter's insurance, but it is not required.
