3 bedroom duplex with 1 1/2 baths and attached garage. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. We require that all potential tenants fill out a rental application. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee (cash, money order or cashier's check only) per adult applicant on checking of credit and references. They also need to provide a copy of their driver's license and signed social security card for signature verification. Once those are approved, then we set up showings.
