We have had long-term tenants who have been happy and enjoyed its desirable location. We are in an especially historic part of the Old Northeast. You can easily walk, bike, or bus commute to downtown St. Petersburg for work, restaurants, and entertainment. North Shore waterfront parks and Crescent Lake Park are within a few blocks. Two blocks away is 4th Street and its many eateries and conveniences (e.g. Zoe's Kitchen, First Watch, Starbucks, Tijuana Flats, Three Birds Tavern, CVS, Sunken Gardens, banks, etc.). The efficiency apartment is 280 square feet with an unfurnished living area, kitchen, bathroom, and closet. It has new paint throughout, new flooring in kitchen and bath, and a new 18 cu ft refrigerator. The living area has the original heart pine wood floor and bright natural light with large windows that look out to trees. The apartment is on the second floor and a tenant would need to navigate the steps as shown in the pictures. * Pets: Indoor cat only. * Utilities: Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and pest control. Electric, cable, and Internet are not included. A new wall a/c unit with timer provides electric heat and cooling. Previous tenant reported $30 to $50 monthly electric. * Sorry, no laundry onsite.
