We finished the side patio area with composite wood decking and had the privacy wall stuccoed for a cleaner look. We added a four-foot water fall and four-foot propane fire pit installed in a beautiful black and white streaked granite enclosure, creating a wonderful private area to escape the busy lifestyles of SOCAL. We are a short two-minute walk from the Ice Rink and all athletic fields within The Great Park. We have an unobstructed view of The Great Park and the Orange County "Orange Balloon", that boasts whimsical holiday faces. Additional parking along the street is available just in case you decide not to park in the garage every night. The home is located 3 short blocks from "The Pools" the Great park private pool area in Parasol Park. Our community has numerous club houses that can be rented/used by the residents and many pools and hot tubs for the avid swimmer or for casual relaxation. According to the developer the main shopping area (grocery and other retail stores) will be built within 1/2 mile of the home providing the typical Irvine planned community setting, once The Great Park community is complete.
