    Now and again you will hear stories circulating about the Old School Long Beach Locals. The ones that were around when no stoplights existed, kids had to be home by the time the street lights came on and most roads were dirt. The best parties were always either on SE 67th or the Point. Local surfers were cutting school for the waves and then getting calls from their Principal. Most of us know who that was....''Daddy Bob''. An Icon, a legend in his own right. Now, it's time for your stories to start, your decades of memories to begin and what better place than an old school surf cottage on Oak Island. While this is a project house, probably perfect for a contractor or anyone who is looking for a rehab, there are some upgrades that need mentioning. The windows were replaced around 2016. They are Millennium Thermaflect Windows and are warrantied. See attached documents. Also, the roof was replaced in the last few years. We are working on getting specifics now. For those who may need long driveway for storing a boat, camper, trailer or multiple cars, you are in luck. Two storage buildings in back yard help keep fishing rods, yard equipment and beach stuff tucked away. The flooring in both bedrooms has been removed. The light fixtures were removed in areas with intent to be put back, but not all were installed. Bob has now moved on to a better place where he is once again walking the halls of schools and calling heats for surf contests. This home is being sold as-is. Use caution when entering and the storm door has a hitch per say.
