Room for rent in a house off of Kawailani st. Very quiet private drive. The house has plenty of parking, yard space, and a fully stocked kitchen with individual cabinets and fridge/freezer space for everyone. Rent is 525 each, utilities are extra and in total come out to around 50-70$ a month depending on the month. We have trash pickup, yard service included. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, propane water heat and stove for heater for lower electric bills. Bills are evenly split by four. You would live with 3 other working, responsible women. We're all quiet and value a clean and peaceful home. Guests who are respectful and considerate are welcome, but this is not a party house. We're between the ages of 27-31. All very busy so it's rare we're all home at the same time, allows for everyone to have some personal time in the house.
