You'll be living in the historical bungalow district, "Rincon Heights" in a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath furnished Tucson home that is 0.8 miles walking distance to the University of Arizona, and 1.5 miles walking distance to Banner University Medical Center. You'll have a variety of neighborhood eateries, breweries and wineries to choose from. Trader Joe's and the Sunshine Mile are within a mile. In the bungalow you will enjoy central A/C, comfortable living spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and a Bosch refrigerator. A smart Samsung TV, and a whole-home water filtration and softener system. Towels and all bedding included. The master bedroom is setup with a queen bed, while the second room is furnished with a dedicated workspace/desk and twin bed. Pet-friendly with a doggie door to the large enclosed backyard with fruit trees and plants galore, where you will have direct access to a storage room with a stackable washer and dryer. Off-street parking (big enough for an RV), with street parking passes for guests. Stay close to Tucson's best attractions, hiking, and cultural destinations. You will have complete privacy in your own place to call home. If eligible, we ask for security deposit and first months rent to be paid by move-in day. Pets are welcome (2 max). All interested renters must pass background and credit check. Smoking not allowed. No smoking allowed on property. All utilities included in monthly rent. If electricity usage is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged according to usage. Usage cap at $200/month. A total of two dogs under 40lbs. each, or one dog under 65lbs. A refundable pet deposit of $150 required at move in. A refundable security deposit of $2,600 required at move in, with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 included within deposit amount. Trash pickup every other Monday. Renters responsibility to move trash cans to and from street. Landlord will provide potassium salt pellets for whole-house water filtration/softener system. Landlord will provide air-filters for AC unit. Renter to change out filters accordingly during duration of stay. Landlord will pay for monthly pest control for property. Lease duration 3+ months. Open to discussion about length and terms.
