The location is fantastic - on North Saint Clair in the heart of Highland Park, only a few hundred yards from park itself. It is very accessible to the busline and only minutes from Bakery Square, the Park, Tennis Courts and so much more. This residence has newer windows, a new hot water tank and the kitchen is in the process of being entirely remodeled (so disregard the pictures in this posting of the kitchen). The new kitchen cabinets are white, with granite countertops. A lease (I am open to a flexible lease) is required and the house is available August 1st. Approved pets are OK. There is also a dry basement (waterproofed) and an additional bathroom in the basement. Rent is $1675+ gas, electric and water. A security deposit is required.
