This residence has newer windows, a new hot water tank and the kitchen was remodeled entirely in 2021. A lease is required and the house is available June 1st. Approved pets are OK. There is also a dry basement (waterproofed) and an additional bathroom in the basement. Rent is $1725+ gas, electric and water. A security deposit is required.
