It great place out in fields so private and a big plot of land around 2 acres and has own well and sewage so water and sewage is free only have too pay trash, propane, and electricity and not hardly any rent house outside or country by Lubbock and has 2 carports connected behind of the house on back and only pics have at moment I'll post more when get them Renter pays propane, electricity, and trash it has its own well and sewage so sewage and water is free no pets and no smoking inside and can't rent to under 30 atleast
