New trim, interior doors and hardware, all light fixtures, new cabinetry throughout. This home has had a complete make over by an interior designer. Neighborhood Description A very quite neighborhood that is in transition. The houses were built in the 70's and purchased by families with young children. Those children have grown and gone. Some of the older couples have retired and are now selling to young families with children, so you do see children playing in the neighborhood again. There aren't many dogs in this neighborhood, so you don't hear very much barking. One of my favorite things is the flock of Canadain Geese that winter over in the field to the west of our property. They are beautiful to watch on a cold winter day.
