It has a nice big open window that provides plenty of light, or can be closed off with curtains so that it does not interfere with your sleep. Comes with access to the main living room, kitchen for your cooking, and a spacious backyard for leisure or an occasional BBQ. The mood here is always friendly. The house is located in a clean and very safe neighborhood. It's not noisy here. Safe to walk. Access to the freeways is nearby . There are plenty of gyms, shopping markets such as the San Leandro downtown area or the greenhouse shopping center. Local parks like the San Leandro Marina and Lake Chabot are close. There is one female renting a room in the home, I live in the Studio in the backyard. I only come in to cook.
