Quad level home - Illinois doesn't count any below-ground level living space, but we have a large 2-story living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Below that is an unfinished basement used for storage and play area for the kids. Have a separate den off the kitchen for computer, books and crafts. Neighborhood Description It is a very mixed neighborhood with some older homes and a couple newer homes (ours being one of them). Made friends with all of our neighbors instantly - very welcoming and we all help each other watching out for all of the children.
