I am currently a tenant and my experience with the landlord has been excellent. They are quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. I will be showing you the unit that will be available May 1, 2021 and would be your new neighbor on the other side of the duplex. You will need good credit and proof of income. The background/credit check is done through the website "cozy.com" and my experience moving in was very easy and pleasant. 2 occupancy max. Credit score must be 600 plus. Section 8 is not available. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Pets may be considered if 25 lbs and under.
