**UPDATE** I will be slowly working on updating the house. As I update, the price will also be updated. The house has had some renovation done, but there is still some needed. 2 bedroom upstairs. Master with master bath and walk in closet. 2nd bathroom is usable, but needs to be updated. The flooring in the hallway will need to be replaced. Basement is mostly finished with the possibility for a 3rd non-conforming bedroom. Split level deck needs some updating and has a pool that will need cleaned out before use.
