The condo includes access to a community pool, as well as full kitchen amenities including a refrigerator and stove. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Located in a quiet community, this space is ideal for a working professional or student seeking a clean and respectful living environment. Please note: I have three indoor cats. They are friendly, affectionate, and vocal at times. No additional pets allowed. This is a no-smoking home. The renter must be comfortable living with three cats and okay with occasional cat hair. The cats are part of the household, so keeping doors closed and being mindful of food left out is very important. Any food left out will likely be eaten by the cats, so renters must store food properly at all times. Rent is due monthly and must be paid on time. A late fee will apply to any late payments. The renter is responsible for their portion of rent plus of shared utilities, including gas, water, and HOA fees. Each roommate handles their own groceries and replaces what they use. Renters are expected to clean up after themselves and actively contribute to keeping common areas clean and maintained. This is generally a quiet household, so no loud music or excessive noise.
