Approx 520 sqft including large bathroom with shared washer/dryer, bedroom with sliding glass door to backyard and generous closet space, and a large living room with gas fireplace and big south facing window for excellent natural light. There is a small microwave and mini fridge as well but not a full-blown kitchen. Therefore it's most suitable for a single person who eats out most of the time. There is private outdoor access from downstairs. House living without the worries or maintenance! But keep in mind there is no kitchen, if that isn't an issue this is a great place for a great price.
