You can get an extender for the internet (we already have one, and no complaint from previous tenant). 1 dog only allowed also after meeting with ours. 1 side of driveway for parking or street parking. You can use our lake items as long as you're respectful about it. Only renters allowed to stay. Max stay of person not on lease is 1 week. Unfurnished. This is a minimum 6 months then month to month. The studio is connected next to our house. Some noises can be heard through the connecting door, more or so noises made by the dogs or dogs barking.
