Looking for 1-2 people to live with in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom ~1000 sq. ft. luxury apartment in West Hollywood! You would be renting ONLY 1 non-master bedroom with your own bathroom right outside your bedroom in the hallway. I am renting the other bedroom and also have my own bathroom. Rent: $1500 for single (1 person), $850 each if double (2 people sharing the room) Deposit: $750 for single, $375 each if double Single tandem parking spot included IF you have a second copy of your car key and agree with having us move each other's cars as needed to get in and out. There is also non-time/non-permit restricted parking on our street, though it is first come first serve. I'm very much open to having two people share the other bedroom, including students or couples! Will just need to make sure we are all on the same page about a written and signed agreement on how we want to share the space. Hobbies: beach volleyball or team sports in general, live music, dancing, karaoke, beginner guitar playing, hiking, (watching) stand-up comedy, and exploring food spots/bars/lounges in LA Vibe: a balance of a fun person/group that is down to hang out at times and be friends, but are also cool keeping to themselves at times.
