    - Penthouse Views of Cheesman Park - Secure Building, Garage and Mail Room - Fully equipped Gym with Sauna - Stunning Organic-Modern Design - Two Assigned Spaces in Secure Garage - South facing windows and rare skylight! High Level: Welcome to your sanctuary in the heart of Denver's best neighborhood! Located on the top floor overlooking Cheesman Park, this penthouse is designed to be a peaceful, stylish home base for your time in the mile high city. We've balanced the interior with an "organic-modern" feel, relying heavily on clean lines, warm textures, and tons of plants, while ensuring you have all the practical necessities: in-unit washing laundry, two reserved spots in a secure garage, and access to the building's gym and cedar-wood sauna. Living Space: The main living area is my favorite part of the home. Because it faces south, it stays bright all day (aided by a rare kitchen skylight). The layout is open and social; you can chat with guests at the expandable dining table while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or unwind on the deep sectional sofa for a movie night. Main Bedroom: This part of the home features a queen-sized bed with drawers underneath for convenient storage. Wake up to the sun rising on the mountains, viewed through a large glass door that leads out to the oversized balcony. There's also an en-suite bathroom with a combo shower and tub, and plenty of storage between built-in shelving and a closet large enough for two. Guest Room / Office: One of the coolest and most unique features of the home is a stamped and textured concrete wall spanning the entire width of the guest bedroom! It adds a level of sophistication and uniqueness to the design of the whole home, and especially to the guest room in particular. The room is furnished with a warm wood-tone queen bed, an oversized nightstand with drawers for quick storage, an L-shaped desk and other cozy touches like a mid-century styled lamp and green Persian rug. It also has an even bigger closet than the main bedroom, to help you stay organized during your stay! The Outdoors: An oversized balcony acts as an extension of the living room. It offers a sweeping view of the park and the mountains, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. The Kitchen: You'll find every convenience you would want in your own kitchen! Make k-cups in the morning, leave the dishwashing to a state of the art drawer-style washing machine, or enjoy smoothie bowls made in a Ninja blender. The Building: Towers at Cheeseman Park is one of the neighborhood's storied buildings. It's been helping residents enjoy the Cheeseman Park lifestyle for almost 50 years, with practical and meticulously maintained common amenities like a fully equipped gym, cedar-wood sauna, steam room, outdoor grilling space, and a private laundry facility for residents! The Landry: We were able to tuck a rare in-unit washing machine in the home, and it is so convenient being able to roll out of bed and get a load started! The machine is technically a combo washer dryer but the drying part is quite limited, so it's paired with a wall-mounted drying rack that can be found on the wall in the primary bathroom. Because we are lucky enough to live in beautiful (and dry) Colorado, garments and even sheets or towels dry very quickly after being hung! If you have a bulky item to wash or want to use a traditional dryer, please keep the building's private laundry facility in mind -- it features a dozen commercial-sized washing machines and dryers, exclusively for resident use. Security: The building is secured by Butterfly MX at every single entrance, and all public areas are monitored by security cameras. There is a building representative on site during business hours as well. Residents also have the ability to use a locked package room, which Amazon, UPS and other delivery services are great about utilizing! Your Host: I'm a full time furnished rental host with nearly 10 years of high-end hospitality experience. I love hosting travelers like you and being a (small) part of your trip. My number one priority is making sure you have the best time possible while staying in my home. Please feel free to reach out with questions or requests anytime! Sincerely, Sebastian Traditional security deposit equal to one month's rent, or non-refundable $500 damage waiver plan both available!
