Valley Center is a beautiful country setting, about 25 minutes from Escondido and the 15 freeway. Our property is quiet and has a beautiful view of Palomar Mountain. We do live on the property. The mobile home is approximately 100 yards from our home. We have lived on this property for 41 years. We love it here and would like renters that will appreciate the country setting we enjoy. Quiet location. We ask NO pets or NO smoking. As listed, water, trash and electricity included-this means normal usage. Excessive usage will need to be renegotiated. Tenant will pay for their actual propane usage. Home uses propane and electricity. We are looking for renters who are considerate and will show our property respect. We are doing a month to month rental. Tenant will keep outside area tidy and maintained.
