Very private yard and quiet neighborhood. Close to Lakeside lower school, across the street from Lakeside upper school, and close to The Evergreen School and Parkwood Elementary in Shoreline. Room to park an RV or boat on the side driveway. Neighborhood Description The street is quiet, especially since there are houses only on one side of the street. There are a couple of families with young kids and a couple of older families on the block. Evergreen School is just down the road and Lakeside is across the street. It is close enough to Shoreline that especially if your kids use the Shoreline daycare, you should be able to switch districts and get the kids in to Shoreline (Parkwood Elementary). Otherwise, there are a few north Seattle options. We like how close the house is to the interstate, but it's not too noisy. Very convenient to shopping.
