Victorian Courts is a retirement community on a continuum of care campus. As a Courts resident you have access to all that is offered at the Grand Victorian. This includes but is not limited to their gym, meals, activities, transportation and campus care. Our townhomes are structured as a co-operative (co-op) known as the Victorian Courts Owners Corporation. This community consists of 65 residential townhomes for 55 and over. This model is our Abby. It has a large master bedroom w/walk-in closet, it is a corner unit, furnace & AC where replaced in 2021 and water heater in 2025. The attached garage is heated and insulated.
