The Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be provided with a 4-digit code to access the home. TV: There are three large smart TVs. Lock in your own streaming subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, Peacock or other Samsung-compatible apps. We do provide Wi-Fi so you can connect to your smart devices or work from home if you choose to. Well-appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Bed linen is included. We kindly ask that you please do your laundry and dishes regularly. Laundering: Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer for their use with laundry pods provided for the first two weeks. This property is monitored by Nest cameras in the front entrance and in the backyard for your safety and security purposes. QUIET HOURS - Outside quiet hours from 9:30 PM - 8 AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance. IS THE POOL HEATED? - NO CONTENT TRADE? - No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation or other barter options. NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
