In addition, if there is anything else you would like that the Four Seasons hotel offers (e.g., spa, room service), you can order the service for an additional charge by contacting the hotel. The apartment is close to Bayfront Park Station, Brickell V is 1.2 miles from the apartment, while Bayside Market Place is 1.5 miles from the property. First and last month rent due at signing. Tenant pays for electricity. There is mandatory cleaning at the end of the lease for $125. At tenant's option, the Four Seasons can provide optional cleaning at $125 per cleaning. This apartment is available for short term, month to month, weekly and other rental arrangements.
