The landlord (we) lives next door and is very selective of the tenant. We are there to help, we can watch over the home when you are traveling. Its a private space, but we are also a community. The lease is for at least 1 year. Pets are not preferred, but we will consider pets on a case by case basis. Smoking is not allowed in the home. We keep up the yard and the exterior of the home for you. You will pay the rent, and the utilities, which average $250 a year (we lived in the home in 2022 and 2023). Renter's insurance is up to you, but is not required. We insure the home, you do not have to do that. We pay the property taxes. You do not do that.
