The unit is unfurnished that comes with new appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator and gas stove) and new central HVAC. With my experience as a landlord for the past 3 years, I am looking for long term renters to enjoy the house and the area. Owner is responsible for the HOA fee, the tenant is responsible for all other utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet and TV). No pets are allowed. Security Deposit of 1 month is required at signing. 2 garage spaces are available.
