Rent is $699, Utilities ($80), Communications ($20), Renter's Insurance ($15) and other miscellaneous fee's total out to $123.95 for a grand total of $822.95 monthly. (that unfortunately doesn't include parking.There are two types of parking options available that range from $30 uncovered and $60 covered. (Monthly) The apartment itself is in a private "secret" hallway which essentially means there are only two apartments in the hallway you live on. Yours and your neighbors who I have only run into once. (There is no foot traffic and it is quiet.) There are 3 other room-mates in their own private rooms that you share the kitchen space with. They are respectful and genuine people. It's refreshing. Apartment is modern and furnished with new appliances, couches, TV etc. The room itself has a connected private bathroom (which is literally the *best*) raised twin sized bed that has extra storage underneath (But I've brought in my queen sized bed which works too.) It also has a desk and dresser. Gigabit internet is included which is a plus. I renewed the lease before the year started so it lasts until June of 2025. There are so many amenities that listing them all here is a bit time consuming. But Axis has a pool, hot tub. Tennis and basketball courts. Volleyball sand-pit. Instrumental practice rooms, movie theater rooms. A market on-sight (so you can buy snacks and essentials. And their prices aren't actually marked up.) A restaurant above the leasing office. A gym and Axis constantly holds social events and activities. I have honestly really enjoyed my stay but need to move because I am renting with family and need to sell so I can move in!
