Summer sublease: May 1st-end of July 2025 (can be flexible). 1 bed/1 bath (on second floor) in a 4 bd 4 br apartment Located off of King Ave- only 5-10 min walk from OSU (south) campus! Looking to sublease one private bedroom with its own private bathroom. The other 3 roommates (2 girls, 1 guy- all rising seniors) will likely be coming and going home throughout the summer, so it should stay pretty quiet. Aside from that there is not much street noise either. Rent includes: -Fully furnished (full-size bed, desk/chair, dresser) -Private bedroom and bathroom -Assigned parking -In unit washer/dryer -Water -Bike racks -Wifi *utilities not included (usually about $35/month) Summer 2025 sublease is from May 1-July 31, but can be flexible. Rent is due at the end of every month, which is $900. Water is $20/month, but is paid together in a portal with rent. Utilities is handled separate from leasing company, but also due at the end of every month. It is based on usage (usually $30-50). Surface lot parking with assigned parking is $50/mo, but if you don't need parking, I am willing to negotiate.
