Utilities + internet are typically ~$125 a month per person and in my name (typically split via Venmo or similar) Dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, central heat/AC No pets sorry :/ Smoke free Common space/kitchen fully furnished (but open to potential additions) The Neighborhood: Columbia Heights - quieter street off 14th 1st floor in a 5 story (incl. basement) walk-up apartment 5-10 minute walk to 4 bus lines (D50, D5X, D60, D6X), the yellow/green line, and a mall (with Target, Lidl, Marshalls) Street parking (free) and parking in alley for purchase About Me: My name is Mallory, I'm 28, and I've lived in DC since 2021. I'm currently working at a museum. I've lived in the apartment since summer of 2022. Hybrid - WFH twice a week Cook/bake frequently (& will share!) Looking for someone who is serious about keeping a clean and peaceful living space (with flexibility for life happening) This is a 1 year lease beginning August 1, 2026 and ending July 31, 2027. The full cost of the apartment is $1950. Rent is paid separately to the management company. Utilities and WiFi are set up in current tenants name. New tenant will be asked to split the cost by paying their portion directly to current tenant. Leasing management company requires monthly income in excess of 3x their monthly rental payment and good credit report with no collections, late payments, or anything else of concern.
