THE YARD IS TABLE TOP FLAT, BIG CARPORT COULD EASILY BE ENCLOSED IF YOU WANTED A GARAGE, THE DOWNSTAIRS IS NOT HEATED THRU THE CENTRAL HEAT PUMP/AC....BUT FOR A FAMILY STARTING OUT OR SLOWING DOWN..IT'S A NEAT HOUSE IN A RESPECTED OLDER NEIGHBORHOOD WITH CITY SERVICES. THE BACK WALL IS MADE OUT OF WOOD INSTEAD OF BRICK & i'M GONNA PUT UP EITHER NEW WOOD OR SIDING AND PUT UP NEW FASCIA BOARD. I PUT UP NEW GUTTERS ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. I ASKED THE RENTED WAS THERE ANYTHING WRONG, CAUSE I WAS GONNA PUT IT ON THE MARKET & SHE SAID NO EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT....NOTE ONLY ONE BATHROOM ON EACH LEVEL..
