STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. Enjoy a swim in the oceanfront pool or a stroll on the beach, using the private beach access for guests of The Riggings. The beach re-nourishment project prohibits anyone walking or sitting on the sandbags, they protect our beach. At the Riggings Condos in Kure Beach, NC, enjoy a quiet escape in a one-bedroom condo with direct beach access. Located on the far south end of Pleasure Island in Kure Beach, this complex is near Fort Fisher aquarium and historic Civil War battlegrounds and offers a pool. This unit is just a short driving distance to the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum. Enjoy the 30-minute ferry ride over to the quaint little city of South Port. Even though you are down on the end of the island in peace and quiet, you aren't far away from the Kure Beach Pier or the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
