Landscaping, a garage-to-casita conversion, and a backyard desert wellness oasis sauna, cold plunge, a big new patio with gymnastic rings and workout equipment are in the works and will probably take another 6-12 months to unfold. I'm looking for two generally clean and organized fellow beings interested in relishing this space, who value healthy living and getting outside, and don't require a TV to keep them company most nights.
