2 Private bedrooms for rent - $700 per month! Hi, I'm Austin and I am looking to fill two bedrooms in my house. The house is located in Columbus, Ohio. Specifically North Linden. The street is Minnesota Ave, it's a nice street and super quiet. My two roommates moved out recently and I'm looking to fill their rooms! I work 8-5 M-F. I enjoy football, baseball, and basketball (Browns, Guardians, Cavs). I like going out on weekends for drinks to watch games, participating in trivia nights, or just to blow off steam. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I hike with my dog whenever I get the chance. Would be cool if my roommates also enjoyed this but not a requirement at all. I like to write, draw and play video games occasionally. I love watching and going to the movies too. About the house: -1,308 square feet -2 stories -one shared bathroom - up to date and modern kitchen -large fenced in backyard with outdoor table and fire pit -2 available parking spaces in the back for each roommate -utilities split evenly between roommates -completely furnished outside of the two bedrooms -one bedroom has a nice bed frame in it already, the other is completely empty (if you have your own bed frame this can be removed, or if you like it better you can have the existing one) - Each bedroom has a window AC that makes the room as cold as you want it -the furnace is currently broken, but will be repaired by the winter. This will be included in the lease -modern washer in dryer in the (very creepy, but completely harmless) basement -basement and easily accesible attic for storage -pet friendly! I have a very calm and sweet Australian shepherd who spends most of his time wanting to be pet and lounging around I am looking for roommates in my age range (24-30) who are normal and just want a chill place to live that doesn't break the bank.
