There are also pool, hot tub, study lounge, and music room. The rent includes all but electricity. A rental insurance is needed, but the property also provides an insurance option. Street parking is available. Renter can also pay $20 per month for open parking. It's pet-friendly. Renter will be taking over the lease and sign it with the property leasing office. Feel free to renew it!
