home has been completetly remodeled, all new doors and windows lifted celing, recessed lighting, new kitchen, applicances, new bathrooms, all new flooring, all new paint inside and out, new lanadscape, new stone entry, new fence, smoothe plaster fencing in rear, iron locking gates, granite counters, new roof, mirrow sliding doors, travertine showers, kohler fixtures and toilets, new ac/heating, covered outrdoor rooms with tv, bbq entertainment area with granite, remodeled pool with wonderful water feature, fire table..we do not know why you have our home at such a low price. last year is was estimate at $930,000...I know prices have gone down..but you have us much less than our neighbors and they have not done nearly as much as we have.....??
