It is located in the Huffman Historic District just over a mile from downtown and central to all hospitals, universities and highways. Huffman has so much to offer and this cottage is a great place to call home! If a dishwasher is a must have I can add a countertop dishwasher for $20/mth. I look forward to hearing from you!! Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. The alarm system can stay but it is an additional $50 a month as that is what it costs me to pay for it.
