This Tiny Home has been such a special place for me and my family, and it truly feels like somewhere you can slow down and breathe the moment you step inside. Built by Perch & Nest in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, this Tiny Home was originally designed as a peaceful mountain getaway near Brevard, just outside of Asheville. I purchased the Tiny Home in 2023 as a retreat near the mountains. I live in Charleston, South Carolina, where the summers can get very hot, so having a quiet place near Brevard to enjoy the breeze and peaceful surroundings has been such a gift. The property is near a waterfall, so you can hear the sound of the water nearby, which has made this Tiny Home feel like such a calming escape. What I have always loved most is how it does not feel like a “tiny house” it feels like a real Tiny Home. The Tiny Home is 24 feet long, 8.5 feet wide, and 13.5 feet tall, with approximately 300 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. It has two lofts, one bathroom, and a smart layout that makes the Tiny Home feel open, comfortable, and very functional. From the custom windows and cabinetry to the built-in storage and warm wood finishes, every detail was designed to be both beautiful and practical. The exterior has cedar shake siding that blends beautifully with natural surroundings, along with a black metal roof for durability. The Tiny Home was built in 2016 and had one previous owner from 2016 to 2023 before I purchased it. I am also friends with the owners of Perch & Nest, who originally built the Tiny Home. They had been consigning it for the previous owners, and before I purchased it, they completed several important updates, including the new roof, HVAC system, and water heater. After purchasing it, I had them add the dishwasher as one more thoughtful upgrade to make the Tiny Home even more functional. The Tiny Home has been carefully maintained over the years, with important updates completed in 2023, including a new roof, new HVAC system, new water heater, new dishwasher, and new flushing toilet. This Tiny Home has a 50 amp RV cord connector, a standard RV water inlet, and a 60,000 BTU Suburban Nautilus on-demand direct vent gas water heater. It also has a 9,000 BTU Pioneer mini split for heating and cooling. The insulation is recycled denim with R15/R19 value, helping make the Tiny Home more comfortable throughout the seasons. The bathroom includes a new Saniflo macerating flushing toilet, which is a much nicer setup than a basic RV-style toilet and is an important feature for buyers thinking through septic and plumbing options. The Tiny Home has a title in hand, and the VIN is 1F9BC2431GW479037. The GVWR is 14,000 pounds. The folding deck and overall design make it suitable for transport and setup in a new location. The deck folds up against the slider for travel and can be secured against the Tiny Home making it a convenient feature for transport and future setup. The Tiny Home must be moved from its current site in Brevard, North Carolina. Sold by Owner Marjorie. Call or text me to set up a tour! Financing is available, and I can help set up insured delivery.
