Although the address is Ferrill Road, there is 653 feet of road frontage on Tom Hempstead. Ecotourism is a growing industry, and the layout, nature, and location of this parcel just may work for that. Property is fairly overgrown, but with caution and attention some of it can be explored on foot. Bring your boots and Deep Woods Off! There is an easement from the end of Ferrill Rd to the Wildlife Management gate as well as a power company easement which provides a great clearing for hunters. There is also a 1600+ sq.ft. doublewide mobile home included at basically no financial contribution that is 4 beds and 2 baths with power, septic (brand new circa 2007 or so, ) and a recently rebuilt (Earlier this year) pump on the water well.
